I started with the easy one. Found the cooler online for a reasonable price and then pieced together fittings I thought I would like based on quality.

One note* Because I went with a longer ball valve handle it actually has to go upside down. I don't think it is noticeable to anyone looking at the system as a whole, but thought I should point that out. Because it is upside down the little fitting to keep it "locked" closed doesn't slip over the top (it is now the bottom); I don't think it will ever affect anything and no idle hands will ever be near it but wanted to give that disclaimer.

Also, it works great! Nearly as soon as it was done, my neighbor borrowed it for a batch of awesome rye whiskey. Not one drop leaked!
